• Check traffic, do not just settle with high DR. 
• Check where your link has been placed and if the content has spam links or not. 
• Check the niche of the website. If it has topical authority in any department or not. 
• Verify if it is a business website and refrain from engaging with poor websites with no actual business.

Anchor text to the point
